Shipping time frames and terms

Products will be dispatched within 5 working days of purchase date (unless otherwise stated). Orders going to a UK address are posted second class by Royal Mail and are usually delivered within 7-10 days of the order being placed.
International orders can take up to 20 business days to be delivered (depending on the country).

Proof of Postage is retained for each parcel sent. Please take care to enter your delivery address correctly as I cannot be held responsible for any undelivered parcels or parcels delayed in transit due to incorrect address details being provided.

Items sent outside the UK are handled by your local postal service or courier and are the responsibility of the postal service or courier in the country the items are being sent to. Delays can be caused by customs checks, which can sometimes take up to 1-2 weeks. 

Return processing

If you would like to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, I can help! I offer free returns or exchanges within 28 days of purchase. For full  conditions please read refunds & returns

Privacy disclaimer

When you place an order, you will be asked for your name, address, telephone number, and email address, which is needed to fulfil your order. You will also be  asked if you would like to be added to my newsletter mailing list.

You can also sign up for the newsletter manually.

You will only receive an email on average once a month to inform you of special new editions, promotions, UK markets, and social action linked to the Kate Whyley brand. You are able to unsubscribe automatically if you wish to do so.

Intellectual property

    All Kate Whyley designs are original and I as the creator have exclusivity over all designs created. Any designs that are used without permission or licence will be asked, in the first instance, to stop. I am a member of the UK's leading IP organisation ACID.
